Terms and conditions

Pinedo Spanish LLC is an online Spanish immersion class service that offers five categories of instruction. All classes require the client to have their video camera or webcam activated during class for security purposes.

Services Offered

One-on-One Online Spanish Classes

One adult client per 55-minute online class.

Group Online Spanish Classes

Two or three clients per 55-minute online class.

Online Spanish Classes for Beginners

One child student per class, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Online Spanish Tutoring for Children

One child student per class, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Classes are offered in packages of four sessions.

Payment and Scheduling

PayPal is the only accepted payment method.

Each class package is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. All sessions must be scheduled and completed within this 30-day period.

Clients will receive a confirmation email with the scheduled class information. A separate email will include the link and password for the video platform being used.

Pinedo Spanish LLC uses Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype for online instruction.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Make-Up Policy

Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled class time.

Rescheduled lessons must be scheduled and completed within 4 business days of the original lesson date and are subject to instructor availability.

Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable and will normally be forfeited. Exceptions may be granted at the instructor’s discretion for emergencies or medical situations.

Approved make-up lessons for late cancellations must be scheduled and completed within 4 business days of the original scheduled lesson date. After this period, the lesson will be considered forfeited.

If a client joins more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class start time, the lesson will be considered completed and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Official communication between the client and Pinedo Spanish LLC must be conducted via email at cristina@pinedospanish.com.

Privacy Policy

Any information provided by the client to Pinedo Spanish LLC will remain confidential and will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

Results Statement

Pinedo Spanish LLC provides customized instruction based on each student’s needs and level, using books, videos, audio materials, readings, and other educational resources in Spanish.

Learning a new language requires time, practice, patience, and consistent commitment. These are Spanish immersion classes, which means the use of English will be limited to basic instruction and essential communication only.
