Pinedo Spanish LLC is an online Spanish immersion classes service that offers 5 different categories of services. All classes will require the client to have video camera, or webcam activated and on while in class, for security purposes.
Online spanish classes one on one: 1 adult client per online 55 minute class.
Group online spanish classes: 2 or 3 clients per online class, 55 minute duration.
Online spanish classes for beginners: 1 child (client) student allowed, under the direct consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Online spanish tutoring for children: 1 child (client) student allowed, under direct consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Classes are offered in packages of 4 sessions.
Form of Payment and scheduling:
The only payment method accepted is PayPal.
Any package of classes will be valid for 30 calendar days, meaning that there is a 30 calendar day window to schedule the purchased classes or sessions, the client or customer will receive an email with the information of the scheduled classes or sessions, also an additional email will include the link and password for the platform being used for video chat.
The platforms used by Pinedo Spanish LLC are: Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype.
Cancel and Reschedule:
Pinedo Spanish LLC does not offer refunds, Online classes or appointments can be cancelled with 24 hour notice, via the link included in the confirmation email, after an appointment has been scheduled by the client.
Rescheduling is allowed with 24 hour notice, following the link in the confirmation email sent to the client.
A client’s tardy, or when a client joins more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of the previously scheduled class, said class will be counted as given, no refund will be offered, although the valid method of communication between the Client and Pinedo Spanish LLC, is via email, using the following address: cristina@pinedospanish.com
The information that you “the client” Provide to Pinedo Spanish LLC is kept confidential, and is not going to sell, rent or share to any third party.
Results statement:
Pinedo Spanish LLC creates and provides accommodations depending on your needs and level, using books for references, videos, audios, reading, etc. all in Spanish.
Remember that learning a new language takes time and is about practice, patience, and persistent commitment. These classes are online, Spanish immersion, meaning that the use of English language will be limited to basic instruction, and communication only.
